Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Saylix. By creating an account, joining a Saylix Space or submitting a form built with Saylix, you agree to them. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and Saylix Spaces

A Saylix Space is the working environment that holds your forms, page templates, branding, members and ClickUp connection. The Space owner controls membership and is responsible for the activity of members they invite.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in US dollars. Annual plans are charged once per year. Plan limits — members, published forms, submissions, Saylix Spaces and Connected ClickUp Workspaces — are enforced by the product and are described on the pricing page.

You can cancel at any time and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Saylix to collect unlawful content, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

5. Your data

You own the content you create in Saylix and the responses your requesters submit. We process that content to operate the service, including delivering submissions to your connected ClickUp Workspace and generating PDF briefs.

6. Third-party services

Saylix integrates with ClickUp. Saylix is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ClickUp. Your use of ClickUp remains governed by your agreement with ClickUp.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Saylix available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email before they take effect.
