We built Saylix because good work kept starting late
Saylix began inside a marketing department that handled hundreds of campaign requests a year. Every one of them arrived differently: an email here, a chat message there, a spreadsheet somebody forgot to share. The team spent more time reconstructing the request than doing the work.
So we built the missing step. One structured form per request type, with logic that only asks what matters, branded so requesters trust it. When somebody hits submit, the request lands in the project tool as a task with the fields already filled and a clean PDF brief attached.
That change moved projects forward by days, not hours. Saylix is that system, packaged for any team whose work begins with somebody else's request — marketing, creative, IT, operations, facilities.
Our principle is simple: ask once, ask well, and never make a team chase a detail again.
Clarity
A request is only useful when it is complete.
Speed
Automation should remove steps, not add screens.
Craft
Internal tools deserve the same polish as public ones.
