What exactly is a Saylix Space?
A Saylix Space is the shared working environment where your forms, page templates, members, branding and ClickUp connection live. It is a Saylix concept and is separate from a ClickUp Space. Your subscription applies to the Saylix Space, not to individual submissions.
What is the real limit on the Free plan?
Free gives you the full Saylix workflow — multi-page forms, advanced conditional logic, ClickUp custom field mapping and PDF briefs. The main limit is that only 1 form can be published at a time; drafts are unlimited. Free is a single Saylix Space owner, so member invitations are disabled.
When should we move from Free to Pro?
As soon as you want colleagues in the Space. Pro is where collaboration starts: up to 3 Saylix Space members, shared forms and shared page templates, 15 published forms, and Saylix branding removed from public forms.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans save around 20%. You are charged once per year in USD — $180 for Pro, $468 for Team and $948 for Business — and the monthly figure shown is simply that yearly amount divided over twelve months.
Do requesters need a ClickUp seat?
No. Anyone with the public form link can submit, anywhere in the world. Saylix creates the ClickUp task on your side with the fields mapped and the PDF brief attached.
What counts as a Connected ClickUp Workspace?
One ClickUp Workspace you authorize Saylix to deliver into. ClickUp Lists are always unlimited, so a single Connected ClickUp Workspace can feed as many Lists as you like — one per form if that suits your process.
